Security guards sharpen up

We at P&P have decided to take our service providing capabilities to the next level by putting all our security officers through a gruelling 10 day course at our newly SASSETA accredited academy!! This will ensure that all P&P clientele reap the benefits of a more service orientated security officer, just another initiative to give all P&P clientele “PEACE OF MIND”

After surveying certain problem aspects within the day to day function of security officers, it was clear that certain areas were neglected in the training of officers in the past.

Security officers today have to be intelligent, competent and alert, therefore officers are being trained they are assessed to establish their capability to handle certain security duties and or emergencies, by taking this approach we cater for the client’s specific needs, the result ? A tailor made security officer for our valued customers !!

Firearm competency courses and training are also integrated into the 10 day course to ensure that any P&P security officer can handle any firearm according to new legislation should the need arise !! First aid training is also a priority and specific attention is given to this sometimes neglected aspect of a security officer’s “make up”!

Reaction Division on a high !!!

P&P Security’s armed reaction division have added four new vehicles to their reaction fleet to ensure fast and effective response to their clients!!

Air support has also been added to this division to assist in extreme emergencies. The “one vehicle one suburb” approach is paying dividends and the successful arrest statistics show that this is a crime prevention initiative that really works !

Reaction Officer Bennet Leema is leading the race as the reaction officer with the most arrests in a calendar month (5) ranging from burglaries to robberies and even rape, with Sgt. Alphas Dayso trailing by one with (4) arrests under his belt !!

With these incentives in place and competition between members it’s no wonder that P&P’s reaction division is considered the most effective crime fighting unit in town!! A title which these officers won’t distance themselves from easily!!
